This series breaks down the basic postures in 6 different classes.

Each class is under 30 minutes.

THE DRESSAGE TRAINING SCALE SERIES

This series, based on the Dressage Training scale teaches you how to integrate yoga in the saddle in each step of the training scale.

The series is broken down into 7 classes: Introduction, Rhythm, Suppleness, Connection, Impulsion, Straightness and Collection.

You will learn how to use your breath when you ride, how different postures mirror in the tack and develop more mindfulness.

Each class is 60 minutes.
